This is my take on a Blood sacrifice build, but for ghouls as i have not seen any one youtube so here we are. have fun with it and remember you can never have enough stim packs. ps, I only used T-51 power armor because of the skins it has. If you want you can use any power armor as long as you keep the medic pump and legendary mods the build works exactly the same on all power armors.

If you wanna stand still and feel like you're being tickled by the badest monsters of the wasteland, only to turn around and say in a raspy cold ghoulish voice, "My turn."
