Ghoul Heavy Gunner Build

This build uses various hidden buffs to optimize Pain Train damage. especially regarding the weapon. To get the best results, you should bring down the durability of the Gatling Plasma to 1%. Note: firing into the air to get bullet storm stacks does NOT cost any durability, just ammo. Notes on the armor: Vulcan is the BIS for this build, but any PA that can have Tesla Bracers will do (no Excav/Ultracite!)

I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Use pepper shaker on boss, ultracite laser on everything else. Tesla for tagging. All fusion cell-powered.

This is mostly Tiller's build, with some minor tweaks to help manage carry weight.
