The ultimate carry weight hauler build at 800 pounds carryweight with no buffs, no redundant special points, uses standard Excavator armor, standard weapon and mutations, no legacy items, no flimsy offense/defense, it will do anything you want - raids, infestations, headhunts, nukes, events, quests etc.
WORK IN PROGRESS! This is a build centered around my ability to solo play as a sniper. It is hybridized for using VATS and scope. It was built for the Hunting Rifle, then adjusted for the Gauss Rifle. I find it works well for both, at least for now. I'm still missing my 4-Star Legendary prefixes. I imagine this build reads like many other solo/sniper builds.
