Combines several high damage engines to achieve a VATS Crit DPS build. The main VATS mechanic is focused around ignoring accuracy by setting crit meter fill rate low enough that Four Leaf Clover proccs fill the bar, so every other shot is in VATS a crit, regardless of distance. We achieve this by combining 5/5 Limit-Breaker+Crit Savvy+Lucky Hit on top of a high Luck score from Unyielding. Keep Shooting!

A build that lets you become a wasteland werewolf. (More or less)
Easy build based on quest reward gear and minimum grind. The Fixer can be upgraded to a legendary later when plans are acquired (player vendors are the quickest and easiest way). After Civil Engineer Armor and Excavator Power Armor plans are learned, they can be upgraded as legendary versions are found or awarded.

This build is a high damage set up for bloodied humans that uses most if not all damage cards to push as much damage from any given weapon without having to min/max buffs or gear.
Tried with new uniques (Red Terror, Bertha, Cold Shoulder, Lickety Split, Ace) Works amazing with all these guns!
