Head to Head is a Cool perk in Cyberpunk 2077, in Tier 2 of the tree, unlocked at Cool 9. It has a single rank.

It requires Focus and unlocks Deep Breath.

Its bonuses apply only to Pistols, Revolvers, Sniper Rifles and Precision Rifles, 73 weapons in all.
