Allows Kerenzikov to be activated when aiming and handbraking simultaneously.
+25% weapon damage when your vehicle is drifting or airborne.

When active: Slows time by 85% (you are not slowed) +15% headshot damage +15% Crit Chance +15% Crit Damage Neutralizing an enemy when active gives: +10% extended duration +22% Stamina Max Duration: 6 sec.
