It unlocks 4 perks.
Its bonuses apply only to Power Pistols and Power Revolvers, 31 weapons in all.
Ranks
Unlocks the ability to dual wield, but each weapon deals -37.5% damage.
When aiming:
- -15% recoil,
- -15% bullet spread.
Simultaneous shooting with both weapons.
Unlocks Heywood Hurricane.
Automatically fires both dual-wield weapons for 1 sec., but with +50% bullet spread. Ammo spent on successful shots is automatically refilled.
Replaces Quick Melee Attack.
Unlocks
+40 Stamina after neutralizing an enemy when dual wielding.
+20 additional Stamina per stack of Triple Tequila.
+10% Mitigation Chance after neutralizing an enemy when dual wielding.
Duration: 15 sec. Stacks 3 times.
Triple Tequila stacks are consumed when performing a Heywood Hurricane, giving it +15% damage per stack. Stacks cannot be earned during a Heywood Hurricane.
+50% fire rate for Heywood Hurricane.
At max stacks of Triple Tequila: +1 sec. duration for Heywood Hurricane.
When hip-firing with dual wield: -25% Stamina cost.
When aiming with dual wield:
- -20% recoil,
- -20% bullet spread.
