TANKY GHOUL PA VATS HEAVY GUNNER BUILD
this is a ghoul vats heavy gunner build. theres no pa and it absolutely shreds.
this build is pretty insane, western spirit is in there bc when u are holding it it restacks your onslaught, then u can swap to the elders mark and they dont immediately all disappear u can begin firing the elders mark and still have the entire onslaught stack if ur quick enough which becomes and amazing weapon to solo head hunts and infest.
