Whether used for combat, hunting, or some other deadly purpose, the rifle has become a mainstay of Settled Systems weaponry.
Rifle Certification is a tier 2 Combat skill in Starfield with 4 ranks. Its tier unlocks after 4 skill points are spent on the lower Combat tiers. Ranks 2 through 4 each need a challenge completed before they can be bought.
It affects 27 weapons.
