Leadership is a tier 3 Social skill in Starfield with 4 ranks. Its tier unlocks after 8 skill points are spent on the lower Social tiers. Ranks 2 through 4 each need a challenge completed before they can be bought.

Challenges

Rank 1: Sprint 1000 meters with an active follower.
Rank 2: Sprint 2500 meters with an active follower.
Rank 3: Sprint 5000 meters with an active follower.
