Level 2: Increases Adrenaline generation by 4% and allows Signs to generate Adrenaline. Vitality gain: +2%

Level 3: Increases Adrenaline generation by 6% and allows Signs to generate Adrenaline. Vitality gain: +3%

General

Adrenaline Burst is a General skill in The Witcher 3 Remastered with 3 levels at 1 skill point each. It opens once any one of Cat School Techniques or Survival Instinct is learned. Each level also raises vitality, up to +3% at level 3. It works only while equipped in an open skill slot.

General skills have no mutagen colour: it neither multiplies a mutagen nor fits a Strengthened Synapses slot opened by a mutation.

It leads to Survival Instinct.
