It opens once any one of Cat School Techniques, Bear School Techniques, Wolf School Techniques or Strong Back is learned. Each level also raises vitality, up to +3% at level 3. It works only while equipped in an open skill slot.

General skills have no mutagen colour: it neither multiplies a mutagen nor fits a Strengthened Synapses slot opened by a mutation.
