Level 1: Drinking a potion has a 33% chance of activating the effects of another random potion without increasing Toxicity. You can only have one bonus effect at a time. Potion duration time and bomb damage: +2%

Level 2: Drinking a potion has a 67% chance of activating the effects of another random potion without increasing Toxicity. You can only have one bonus effect at a time. Potion duration time and bomb damage: +4%

Level 3: Drinking a potion has a 100% chance of activating the effects of another random potion without increasing Toxicity. You can only have one bonus effect at a time. Potion duration time and bomb damage: +6%

Alchemy

Brewing

Side Effects is an Alchemy skill in The Witcher 3 Remastered in the Brewing branch with 3 levels at 1 skill point each. It opens once Fast Metabolism is learned. Each level also raises potion duration, up to +6% at level 3. It works only while equipped in an open skill slot.

As a green skill it multiplies the bonus of a Lesser green mutagen, Green mutagen or Greater green mutagen slotted in its skill group, and fits the Strengthened Synapses slots opened by 6 mutations with green among their colours.
