Swallow is a potion in The Witcher 3 Remastered with 3 tiers: Swallow, Enhanced Swallow and Superior Swallow. It spends 20 toxicity while it runs, for 20 seconds, and carries 3 to 5 charges.
At its top tier it adds +80/s vitality regen and +80/s vitality regen in combat while active. Like every potion it counts toward the toxicity maximum only while it runs, and everything active must stay under the toxicity maximum. Every level of a slotted Alchemy skill adds +2% potion duration.
