Blizzard is a potion in The Witcher 3 Remastered with 3 tiers: Blizzard, Enhanced Blizzard and Superior Blizzard. It spends 20 toxicity while it runs, for 8 seconds at base and 12 seconds at the top tier, and carries 2 to 4 charges.
Like every potion it counts toward the toxicity maximum only while it runs, and everything active must stay under the toxicity maximum. Every level of a slotted Alchemy skill adds +2% potion duration.
