This is a tanky human juggernaut build designed to be used with the Juggernaut 1 star legendary effect. Base non-buffed health is roughly 800-850HP. The buffs I use to get to 1000HP are Tato Salad, Silt Bean Soup, & Psychobuff. Other optional buffs are Blight Soup, Popcorn, Overdrive, Birthday Cake Slice (or something similar), Company Tea. These are the buffs I use typically for bosses/raids. Power Armor and listed Weapons are optional and up to you.
