Euphoria is a green mutation in The Witcher 3 Remastered, added in the Blood and Wine expansion. Researching it costs 3 Greater green mutagens and 3 skill points.

It needs Toxic Blood researched first, and unlocks Mutated Skin and Cat Eyes. While it is active, the Strengthened Synapses slots take Alchemy skills only; those slots open at 2, 4, 8 and 12 researched mutations.

Crossbow damage is now increased by 150, and crossbow critical hit chance is increased by 50%. Crossbow bolts pierce and knock down or stun opponents. Opponents struck when they have full Vitality lose 15% of Vitality.
