The Greater red mutagen is the greater tier of red mutagen in The Witcher 3 Remastered. Slotted in a skill group it adds +10% Attack power, once for itself and once more for every Combat skill equipped in that group. The 4 mutagen slots open at 2, 9, 16 and 28 ability points acquired.
The Synergy skill adds a sixth of that linked total per level. Greater mutagens also pay for mutation research: 8 mutations spend red ones.
Its other tiers are Lesser red mutagen and Red mutagen.
