Bloodthorn is a unique steel dagger in Skyrim with a base damage of 5. Its damage scales with the One-handed skill, and it can be tempered at a grindstone.
It carries a built-in enchantment and cannot be enchanted further. It is boosted by 10 perks.

Can create Steel armor and weapons at forges, and improve them twice as much.
Sneak attacks with daggers now do a total of fifteen times normal damage.
Do 25% more damage as a werewolf.
