Bloodskal Blade is a unique silver greatsword in Skyrim with a base damage of 21. Its damage scales with the Two-handed skill, and it can be tempered at a grindstone. It was added by the Dragonborn expansion.
It carries a built-in enchantment and cannot be enchanted further. It is boosted by 10 perks.
