This is a Tanky (End Game) full health human Black Powder build. Some optional perks in endurance can be switched around. Endurance on all 5 sets of SS armor is purely optional. I have it set up as so to get as tanky as possible. Second armor legendary is really whatever you want. I do heavily recommend Thru-Hikers on all 5 armors though.
