Domination is a Signs skill in The Witcher 3 Remastered in the Axii branch with 3 levels at 1 skill point each. It opens once any one of Magic Trap, Active Shield or Puppetmaster is learned. Each level also raises stamina regen in combat, up to +1.5/s at level 3. It works only while equipped in an open skill slot.
As a blue skill it multiplies the bonus of a Lesser blue mutagen, Blue mutagen or Greater blue mutagen slotted in its skill group, and fits the Strengthened Synapses slots opened by 6 mutations with blue among their colours.
It leads to Fortify Signs.

Stamina regeneration in combat: +0.5/s
Creates an active shield. Maintaining and blocking with it drains Stamina by 100%. Damage absorbed by the shield restores Vitality.

A targeted enemy briefly becomes an ally that deals 20% more damage.
