Not everyone thinks to protect the cyberware in their inner ear. But it's a lesson quickly learned when you lose the ability to move and shoot in the middle of a firefight.
Cripple Movement is a control quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077. Quickhacks are governed by Intelligence and level the Netrunner skill.
It comes at Tiers 2 through 5, costing 3 RAM at Tier 2 and 6 at Tier 5, and uploads in 0.3 seconds. At Tier 5, 21 cyberdecks have the RAM for it at top tier.

Cyberdecks
Every cyberdeck at its top tier. A deck marked "too little RAM" cannot upload Cripple Movement at Tier 5 without extra RAM from Intelligence or other cyberware.
