Rejuvenation is a level 2 runeword in The Witcher 3 Remastered, added in the Hearts of Stone expansion.

The Runewright applies it to a sword with 3 sockets, in place of its runestones; 106 swords qualify. Applying it uses up a Perun runestone, a Svarog runestone and a Stribog runestone and costs 750 crowns.
