Ozob's Nose is an iconic grenade in Cyberpunk 2077. It deals physical damage, as do Synapse Burnout and F-GX Frag Grenade.
It comes at Tier 5. At Tier 5 it deals 459 damage, covers a 4 m blast radius and detonates on a 2-second fuse.
