Lethargy is a Survival mode disease in Fallout 4. Untreated, it runs for about 5 hours of game time. Any of 20 raw and risky foods can roll it on eating, and which disease you catch is random. It is cured by Herbal Stimulant and Herbal Tincture Tea, or by Antibiotics, which clears any disease.
