Build comes fully online around 20 Cool 20 Int 9 Reflex. Overclock and Tech stuff is lategame. Budget/low grind works, but feel free to grind some chipware con bonuses.
Picture this. You're the god of speed and invisibility, but a good sniper bullet can kill you quite easily. Introducing suppressed criticality! A stealth build with the tankiest cyberware equipped to make up for the fact you're as easily squishable as that annoying summer fly that you can never kill!

Requires literal perfect endgame building, every perk shard and skill tree max, but with this set up you can effectively use, every weapon and playstyle all at once
Definetly the best ninja loud x stealth build ive tried or made, i will not make a non-phantom liberty version, buy the dlc.
Primary Damage Dealer: Quickhacks Reboot Optics+Memory Wipe+Sonic Shock for stealth, Sonic Shock+Synapse burnout for inf. OC Cyberware Malf. spam for combat
GUNS: Guillotine for stealth Ying Long+Chesapeake for combat
Cyberware: Projectile Launcher for last resort Quantum Tuner+Axolotl allow for fast OC cooldown without Synapse burnout The rest just compliments a tanky netrunner build.
Play Style: You can go complete stealth or aggresive

Ever wanted to just whip out a lightsaber or fry enemies with lightning bolts, but can't install game mods? This is about as close as you can get in base CP2077. Errata is a glowing red sword that sets enemies on fire & lets you leap to attack them. Quickhacks can melt brains from a distance. Live out your Sith fantasies in this build.
