Heist>Wakako>Tattoo/Skippy/Shingen, ASAP. Get close to the fights, use overclock to keep casting and sac HP for RAM. Shoot targets with QHs in Q to ramp uploads with Paraline trait. Attack as many people as you can to keep RAM returns up which brings back HP. Crouch+Optical Camo to escape with Vanishing Act in Cool Tree. Weapon Glitch or Cripple Movement on Monowire if you feel like it. LOW TIER MEM WIPE + Reboot Optics + Sonic Shock for cheap kill

I might change the perks over time because this is the build I actively use, so just a heads up
Requires literal perfect endgame building, every perk shard and skill tree max, but with this set up you can effectively use, every weapon and playstyle all at once
Definetly the best ninja loud x stealth build ive tried or made, i will not make a non-phantom liberty version, buy the dlc.
