There's 100 ways to break Skyrim, so we focus on QoL

• Grind your crafting for max damage
• Armor for fashion, since armor cap is easy to hit
• Unenchanted weapon, damage is absurdly high, so we just use Elemental Fury for fun
• Restoration for quick heals and stamina refill, saves you space on potions and menu navigation
• Defenses and damage easily viable for Legendary difficulty

• Activate Sandevistan and pick of entire crowds with your pistol without detection
• Use Blood Pump for extra tankiness and some damage
• Outside of stealth use blades (Byakko or Mantis Blades if you have a bug fix)
• Sniper of choice destroys ranged enemies, I prefer the basic Grad

On cyberware, prefer: melee damage, headshot damage, and damage over time resistance

• Grab Spray n Pray from Cricket to start, as early as outside Diamond City

• Kiloton Radium Rifle is a guaranteed upgrade in Far Harbor

• Explosive Combat Shotgun is best, but requires luck or farming

If you get one or want to farm one you could take Rifleman instead, or just use an auto receiver

Don't shoot at your feet or you will blow up, too

Other crafting and qol passives are up to you

HP/Regen/Rad Regen recommended for Survival mode

• Start Red. Probably Ursine for most of the game.
• Grab Alchemy stuff later as you acquire the recipes
• General passives can wait until you have Runewords and Greater Mutagens
• Get Metamorphosis with Tissue Transformation for massive Vitality
