Radscorpions spawn across Appalachia in Fallout 76 at level 14–100. They count as insects in kill challenges. They include Burning Radscorpion. Killing one usually drops Radscorpion Meat, Ammo and Weapons. Less often it leaves Radscorpion Stinger and Radscorpion Egg.
They spawn at 29 locations in Appalachia. The largest counts are at World of Corn, Carleton Mine and Super Duper Mart. They count toward 15 daily and weekly challenges.
