Blood Mage
A high-level Overclock-based Netrunner build.
Start 4 Body/6 Tech/6 Int. Focus mostly quick-hacking related perks first but consider investing in survivability instead if you're running into trouble; thanks to the nature of perk points, you can even switch on an encounter-by-encounter basis. Int -> Tech -> Body.
Mostly functional by mid-levels but truly hits all its synergies around level 40. Weapons become fully superfluous at that point.

Reflexes is mobility and QOL, practically speaking. If you don't use air dashes then you might consider lowering Reflexes to 9 to raise Cool to 12 to eke out some marginal critical damage increases and gives you some more room to play in the stealth sandbox. If you're not bothered at all with mobility, you might abandon Reflexes altogether for Cool.
Points
Cyberware
A lot of the build's survivability and more subtle power comes from the cyberware. Axolotl feeds Reflex Tuner, which for our purposes will mean we're spending basically the whole fight in Sandevistan. Biomonitor, Blood Pump, and Heal-on-Kill keep the Overclock engine fed when you're running yourself out of RAM, and Feen-X (with Sublimation) and Chitin will provide a frankly insane +450% combined regen boost by themselves. If you watch your stamina, you should have about an 80% chance to reduce incoming damage by 61%, or 91% while you're in the air if you're invested in Reflexes.

8/8Typical queue should look something like Cyberware Malfunction // Synapse Burnout // Reboot Optics // Synapse Burnout. This is to take the most advantage of all of our queue-related quickhacking perks. Against tougher enemies, you might switch the Reboot Optics for another Cyberware Malfunction. Against enemies packing dangerous cyberware, you might also consider applying a few more stacks of Cyberware Malfunction to break their toys.
