Luck is one of the 7 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats in Fallout 76, allocated from 1 to 15 points as you level. Luck is a measure of your general good fortune, and affects the recharge rate of Critical Hits as well as the condition and durability of items that you loot.
It has 30 Luck perks. Every equipped card spends Luck points, so the stat caps how many perks you can run at once. The legendary perk Legendary Luck raises it beyond your allocation, adding up to 5 Luck and 5 Luck perk points at its top rank.
